Wang, Shaofei

Wang Shaofei, Senior R&D Expert at CATL 21C Innovation Lab (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited). Holding a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics, graduated from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and subsequently conducted research as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Rochester. With a consistent focus on the research of battery interfaces, solid electrolytes, and battery safety, Wang has published over 20 SCI papers and has been cited more than 4,000 times. He has been honored with the AONSA Young Research Fellow award by the Asia-Oceania Neutron Scattering Association in 2019, recognized as a distinguished young talent in Fujian Province, and designated as a national high-level youth talent.
