Prof. Nae-Lih Nick Wu is a Tenured Distinguished Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at National Taiwan University (NTU). He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. His research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of electrode and component materials for electrochemical devices, including batteries and supercapacitors. In addition, he develops advanced in situ and operando analytical methodologies, particularly those utilizing synchrotron facilities, for energy storage applications, and explores the design and application of nanomaterials. Dr. Wu has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal articles and holds 15 patents. He served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of The Electrochemical Society from 2014 to 2025, and is currently an Advisory Board Member of Journal of Power Sources.
