Poster Guideline

Please refer to the program on our website (https://www.imlb.org/program/) for the time of the poster sessions. There will be poster numbers on the panel boards, we will send your poster number shortly after the abstract submission is closed. Please be by your poster during the poster sessions.  The poster presentations will be after the last talk each day during the conference except day 3 (Jun 19th). You can present your poster during these times.

The scientific committee that will be reviewing the posters to select the best poster for each topic. We will send the topics review schedule at a later time. Please print your poster ahead of time as the conference site doesn’t provide printing services.

Below the guidelines for the poster presentation:

• The posters must be presented in English.
• The maximum display area on your panel is: 0.85 m wide and 1.20 m high. This allows for posters of up to A0 format (841 mm x 1189 mm, upright format). Adequate adhesive tape will be available to attach your poster.
